     Arttu is the son of our girl  -  Denali " YBFGoldens Don't Stop Believin'"  and our boy, Trooper  - " YBFGoldens Giorgio Armani".  Arttu is one of the 'Christmas Song Litter' -  he shares his birthday with his siblings, Zeus, Marley and Micah.  Arttu is a lovely boy and we are so pleased with how he is turning out.  Whether he is just goofing around or 'at work' in the show ring,  Arttu is fun to watch.  There is a lot of personality packed into this boy!  He is a lovely boy, with nice bone, good expression, a lovely side gait, dark eyes, dark pigmentation, correct dentition, correct coat, level topline, correct furnishings,  lovely movement, a stunning head piece and fun loving personality.  He moves effortlessly and is lovely to watch.

    Arttu started to try his paw in the show ring, with very limited showings in 2016. He had only been in 3 shows, and he had already collected a few points from the puppy class - beating some very seasoned and experienced Specials.  At the Brandon show in Nov. 2016, he was paired with Beth Chopey:  he had a blast finishing his Canadian Championship at 11 months of age!  "Team Arttu", finished in style by taking multiple Best Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy in Group and going Group 2 & Group 3 over some lovely Grand Champion Specials. It was fabulous to see him in the ring, learning the ropes and taking my breath away. He was still very young and he took some time off,  to just enjoy being a puppy. There was plenty of time to strut his stuff in the show ring as he worked towards his Grand Championship in 2017.  

     Arttu and his new partner Deb Wood, were at the North Winds show in March 2017. They debuted in fine fashion, getting a Group 1st under esteemed Judge Olga Gagne. A great start to their partnership! Congrats to Team Arttu!

     Arttu was shown in the USA, turning heads and making friends where ever he went Easter Weekend 2017, he was shown at the International show in Minnesota, finishing his International Championship easily the first day with Best of Breed Wins and a Group 2nd, he had a wonderful review from the judges and we are very pleased with the comments he made about him.

     Once again paired with Deb Wood, At the Prairie Canine Academy Show in Balgonie in June 2017, Deb and Arttu took Best of Breed all SIX shows, then went on to take 3 Group 1st's and a Group 3rd over the weekend. He also competed for Best In Show THREE times over the weekend. What a thrill to watch Deb and Arttu compete! He finished his GRAND Championship this weekend and is now almost half way to his Show Dog Hall of Fame! We are so excited to see this team compete again. 

     Arttu worked with Carol in the Obedience ring ( 2018 ), he has finished his Canine Good Neighbour, and Rally Novice titles and is now working on his Rally Intermediate Title. He is practicing off leash for his Rally Advanced. He LOVES hanging out with Carol and dances through the courses. A perfect mixture of BEAUTY AND BRAINS. 

Arttu has tried his paw at Tricks to earn another title to his list. Judy and Arttu worked together to achieve this title. Awesome job Team! 

Arttu is being shown by Carolyne in Canada and by Deb Wood while in the USA. Watch for these dynamic teams at the shows!
